Blog 8:  A SUBJECT YOU ENJOY STUDYING THIS SEMESTRE Hello everyone! In this time, I will talk about a subject of my career in this semester. Before anything else, I want to point out that I think that first semester was better than second, was more interesting but well we are here to talk about actual semester. So, the subject that I like it is “Epistemology of Science”. In classes everyone sits in chairs making a circle in such a way that all in classroom, students and teacher, can be face to face for create more discuss about topics of subject. The main contents of class are different epistemological view in all of time in science: positivism, falsacionism, the revolutions of paradigms. I like this subject because I think that the class was thinking a very dynamic form making that almost never I lose attention of class or teacher. Blog 7:  Who is a person/expert on your field that you admire? Hello, I will talk about a person that I admire in my field, this person is Michel Foucault. Well He wasn`t psychologist but his thinking is contingent with the career of psychology. To introduce Michel Foucault, I need said who was he. He was a French philosopher, historian of ideas, social theorist, and literary critic. He born on 15 October 1926 and died on 25 June 1984. Foucault is known mainly for his critical studies of social institutions, especially psychiatry, medicine, human sciences, the prison system, as well as for his work on the history of human sexuality. In theirs studies have an idea that is important a subject of normalization. This last term is the reason why I admire him, I think that Foucault must have been a smart person and with a peculiar view of the society. Blog 6: Free post Hi! Today this blog is free so I Will talk about my city Osorno. I arrived to Osorno when I was 13 years old from Santiago, my first impression was “Its okey, is a normal city” a thought that I keep today. The true is that Osorno how city its so boring and never happens anything but I loved for this 3 reasons. 1.        Have a less ambiently contamination: Osorno has a contamination but Santiago is worse, so in my city in the night the sky was see beauty. 2.        The travels are shorts: Someone can have tour of the city in a one hour, so everything is so closer. In fact, when I go to my girlfriend`s house I`m took 10 minutes walking. 3.        The people are sweet: The people of Osorno wasn`t live a life to 1000 kilometer per hour, in my city everything is slowly making that the “osorninos” smiling and greeting in the street or shops. So its all, good bye.
X files Hello, today I will talk about a one aspect of my life: how I feel living at 1000 kilometers my family. Well, it’s a very difficult. When I arrive Santiago city I was very excited for new experiences that significative go to university, the first months, was all very quickly I went to classes, talked with my friends, etc. but in specific moment I realized that wasn`t happy, before went to Santiago I think that been interesting can feel the liberty that significative live without my parents but the truth is that is very sad. In Santiago, I live only and for study and this make that my day to day was very monotonous and the only thing that I think all days is “I want go to my house”. Never thought that I will feel this way but is important discover the important of family for each one .
